  • All rates are based on 1-4 person occupancy. Additional guests are $70/week or $10/night.
  • Cabins rent weekly Saturday to Saturday.
  • Advanced nightly reservations offered only during pre/post seasons. Two night minimum required.
  • Deposit of $250 per cabin per week is due at time of reservation. Complete refund less $50 cancellation fee once the cabin is rented for dates reserved.
  • Check-in time is 1:00 pm Saturday and Check-out time is 9:00 am the following Saturday.
  • 14 foot Lund fishing boat or dock space comes with cabin. Additional boats or dock space available for $25/week.
  • 2003 Yamaha 15 HP 4-stroke boat motors available for $150/week or $30/day.
  • Small pets allowed with pre-approval for $70/week or $10/night.
  • We sell gas, bait, ice, pop, Sunset Baywear clothing.

 

What to bring...

towels, soap, shampoo, and other personal bathroom items, kitchen towels, dish soap, charcoal, lighter fluid, life jackets, beach towels.
